ONSHORE
Onshore composite Pipeline Systems
Engineered for Rapid Deployment. Designed for Any Terrain. Proven Across Global Pipeline Projects.

Benefits
Installs up to 5 km per day, depending on pipe size and application
Up to 20x faster than conventional steel installation
Zero corrosion, zero scaling, and minimal maintenance
Reduces CAPEX and OPEX across the full project lifecycle
Overview

Oil and gas production flowlines
Water/CO₂ injection pipelines
Gas gathering systems
Produced water transfer lines
Pipeline replacement in corrosive environments
Flexible Pipe Supplies delivers onshore pipeline systems engineered for rapid installation, corrosion resistance, and long-term operational reliability. Reinforced thermoplastic pipe (RTP) composite pipeline systems enable continuous pipeline deployment across challenging environments including deserts, mountains, remote production fields, and difficult access locations. Unlike conventional welded steel pipelines, RTP systems are installed from continuous reels, significantly reducing field welding, installation time, and construction complexity. These corrosion-resistant pipeline systems tolerate temperature variation, soil movement, and pressure fluctuations while maintaining stable hydraulic performance and mechanical integrity throughout the life of the asset.

Onshore pipeline installation rates up to 5 km per day depending on terrain and pipe diameter
Continuous reel deployment eliminates most field welding and accelerates pipeline construction
Reinforced thermoplastic pipe provides a corrosion-resistant pipeline solution with no internal scaling
Reduced CAPEX and OPEX through simplified installation and minimal lifecycle maintenance
Applications
Rehabilitation and relining of corroded steel pipelines
Surface-laid flowlines for temporary or mobile production systems
Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and trenchless pipeline installation
Buried or plowed long-distance transport pipelines
Oil, gas, water, chemical, and produced water service pipelines
Typical Onshore Pipeline Environments

Composite pipeline systems are routinely deployed across challenging environments where steel pipelines suffer from corrosion, logistics difficulty, or installation delays.
Desert oilfield flowlines
Remote production gathering systems
Mountain and uneven terrain pipeline routes
Produced water transport pipelines
Corrosion-prone oil and gas production systems

Key Onshore Pipeline Advantages
Reinforced thermoplastic pipe composite pipeline systems remove corrosion from the pipeline equation while dramatically simplifying onshore pipeline installation. Continuous pipe deployment reduces joints, eliminates welding logistics, and improves installation speed while delivering long-term corrosion-resistant pipeline performance.
