Our manufacturing partners operate under the strictest global standards — certified to API 15S, API 17J, and API Q1. Every product we deliver is engineered, tested, and validated for the world’s most demanding onshore and offshore environments.

Each production line is audited for full traceability, quality assurance, and long-term pressure integrity. Every reel of RTP and TCP is hydrotested for 24 hours before leaving the plant, ensuring absolute performance and zero tolerance for defects.

From burst testing to cyclic fatigue and high-temperature trials, our systems are qualified far beyond compliance.

Training and Certification

We believe the strength of a pipeline lies as much in its installation as in its design. That’s why FPS provides a fully integrated training and certification program — ensuring every installation is executed to the same uncompromising standards our products are built to.

We train and certify your preferred contractors directly on-site, giving them hands-on experience with real equipment and live field conditions. Our in-house training centers and on-location programs are led by experienced technicians and engineers who specialize in RTP/TCP deployment.

Each participant completes a structured certification process covering preparation, swaging, connection integrity, pressure testing, and safety protocols. Only once they meet FPS performance standards are they approved to install our products independently.

From classroom to commissioning, FPS delivers a comprehensive training package — blending theory, practice, and certification into one seamless process. The result: faster installs, flawless connections, and total confidence in every project.

Every swaging machine and tool is built at cost plus 10%, designed to pay for itself from the very first project. We keep pricing honest and transparent so our clients can own their equipment outright, train their own certified contractors, and continue installing, extending, or repairing their lines without waiting on anyone.
